The C1-D20 SFP+ Direct Attach Cable completely bypasses the need for the usual PHY interface, which is necessary with RJ45 connectors and long-distance SFP Copper connections. This allows data stored on your SPF-compatible Melco to be accessed directly – with a commensurate decrease in data errors and loss – thus improving the overall signal quality. The results provide outstanding performance, which is not possible with any other connectivity today.
