Construita mult mai bine decat celebrele amplificatoare cu vumetre, desi folosesc aceiasi finali, la sub jumatate din pretul acestora:
- trafo mare toroidal la SU-A900MK2, traf normal (si sub necesitati) la SE-A900/1000/1010 ceea ce rezulta in distorsiuni (clipping) chiar la volum redus la cele cu 'ace'...
- radiator din tabla subtire la cele 'cu ace', vs radiar gros in carne la SU-A900
- filtraje de 12.000 mF la SU-A900 vs 10.000 la SE-A900 'cu ace'
- putere mai mare la SU-A900 (2 x 90 W la 8 Ohm si 2 x 140 W la 4 Ohm) vs 2 x 70 W / 2 x 120 W la SE-A900 'cu ace' ceea ce se vede si din puterea absorbita din retea (315W pentru SU-A900 si 285W la SE-A900 'cu ace' - atentie, cu tot cu preamplificatorul aferent...

Ca atare pretul este fix 400 E / echivalent leu, doar fara telecomanda se poate vinde cu 350 E.

Virtual battery operation is an Integrated Amplifier which carries high-quality sound technologies, such as the MOS class AA.
The MOS class AA original with technics is realized by adopting power MOS-FET.
MOS-FET is adopted as the Class-A operating voltage control amplifier of a class AA output stage in the MOS class AA circuitry. Moreover, the linearity which was excellent in adopting a bipolar transistor as current amplification amplifier with the ideal operating state of the electric-current output 0 is demonstrated.
In order to stop the noise in a power-source part, virtual battery operation is adopted.
In this circuitry, the criteria potential occurrence circuitry is used for capacitor charge, and the voltage is supplied to the gate of the FET element from the capacitor during the music play. For this reason, a criteria potential occurrence circuitry is intercepted effectively and prevents noise contamination of an audio signal.
The cross section has adopted as a power-source part R core transformer which wound the coil around the circular core closely, and leakage magnetic flux is stopped few by uniform magnetic flux being formed.
Moreover, the master series capacitor developed only for the audio is adopted as a capacitor. This capacitor is braking its oscillation effectively in the three-layer case which put the resin layer between two layers of aluminum while carrying out tone-quality examination of the electrolytic solution and the aluminum foil.
THCB (technics high Brit construction base) is adopted as a chassis structure.
At THCB, the multilayer structure by the hard chassis and a hard robber is adopted, and the ill effect to the tone quality by oscillation is stopped by reducing an unnecessary oscillation.
In the volume, high-quality sound-ization is attained by adopting a gilding brush, a specular surface finish carbon resistor, and a zinc vibration suppression case.
Moreover, the tone control in remote control is possible by adopting a motor drive scheme.
The high robustness is secured by the input/output switching of the termination hardwired connection by gilding contact relay.
Two speaker terminations are carried. A simultaneous drive (8ohm+8ohm) is also possible.
The system remote control which can operate the compact disk player of technics, a tuner, and a cassette deck is attached.
