RO shipping is me hiring a van and bringing it to you for the cost of van hire plus the fuel for the round trip, so I can't quote as I don't know where you live or you may collect. The 1Eur quoted is my fee for arranging that. Outside of the RO I will put you in touch with a shipping company who can crate this up and arrange freight to your country, you will need to deal with and pay them directly - not through me. I will of course help with moving the machine and documentation for shipping etc. 1Eur is for my service in providing this and not the actual shipping! You may also come and collect it if you wish.

If item is damaged, not working or significantly not as described, contact me asap and I will either file insurance claim for you. Do not ship it back to me without contacting me first, If proper procedure is not followed I will not accept returned item.All other returns within 7 days after you receive the item will also be accepted but will be subject to 20% restocking fee. Original shipping paid is not refundable. Return shipping will be paid by buyer. Item needs to be shipped back in same packaging it was received with full insurance and signature confirmation.

Every returned item will be inspected by V_A_Emp LAB*Service Dep. or authorized electronic shop and if they found out that item is not defective, 20% restocking fee and original shipping will be deducted from refund.

But, I am not Walmart (as eBay/Oka/Olx & Co. would like us to be) and can't accept returns for no reason. I can't afford to loose money because certain component I sold you doesn't sound to you as you remember it from showroom/your friend's home or it doesn't sound as well as you expected with your equipment.

I can't guarantee that your wife will be happy how gear I sold you matches your home interior and can't promise you price match if you find same item cheaper on Ebay & Co. or locally, after your purchase.
