PLiXiR Elite BDC
Our ground-up approach begins with a balanced AC power design and a two-stage voltage regulation consisting of an open-loop first-stage pre-regulator and a close-loop feedback second stage.
Our unique, balanced AC power circuit effectively removes ground loop noise and reduces the diode noise.
The first stage, pre-regulation, filters the bulk of the noise, specifically the high-frequency noise and the heat from the second stage voltage regulator. The 2-stage regulation design is a "gate" to prevent the downstream noise from crossing back to the AC power hands.

The PLiXiR Elite, Dual Output version, is designed to power two devices with the SAME Voltage, and the sum of output current (amps) for the two devices does not exceed the limit of the PLiXiR power supply. This is an elegant and cost-effective way to power two equipment with one PLiXiR power supply. The performance is vastly superior to the popular Y-splitter cable method. Both outputs on the power supply share the same source and have the same performance.
Applicable for PLiXiR Elite 4 Amps / 6 Amps models up to 15 Vdc. For 19 Vdc to 24 Vdc models, only up to 4 Amps is possible.

Our PLiXiR Elite BDC balanced DC power supply is designed to reduce all the noise types present in a DC power supply. Upon deep studies, it is apparent that traditional DC power supply circuits cannot eliminate them all. These include Ground loop current and diode rectification/pollution noise.

The Statement DC Power Cable
Our PLiXiR Statement DC cable is a high-end cable for DC power application, for connection between your DC power supply and the component's powers. The design features a thick gauge (multi solid core stranded), extremely high purity silver-plated copper conductor, double insulated by a mylar foil (for high frequency external noise rejection) and thick silver-plated copper braid (for low frequency external noise rejection). The dielectric insulation is military grade (mil spec) Teflon for both the conductor and cable braid for low loss and high speed current delivery.
The result is a high current DC cable (rated 10 amps DC) that is extremely low noise floor in design and has more transparency, accurate PRaT, details, body and focus to the sound than any other DC cable we have tried in the market.
